An Easterner and Fenarian who was a free farmer living near the town of Burz.
Vaski had a wife and family, and lived near the Merss Family north of Burz itself.
He became peripherally involved in local politics when the local Merchants' Guild destroyed the Merss farm (and all the family members therein) using witchcraft.
Vaski was the nearest neighbor to the Merss farm, and their families were on friendly terms with each other. They aided Vlad Taltos in burying and paying respects for the dead after the murders.
As the closest Merss relative, Vlad gifted Vaski's family with the surviving livestock from the farm in thanks for their respects and assistance.
