The House of the Vallista is a House of engineers and craftsmen.
Vallista are renowned as builders and especially architects; the majority of the great structures in the Dragaeran Empire, including the Imperial Palace, were constructed by Vallista.
A Vallista Reign is implied to be somewhat socially-repressive, with threats of censorship over literature and a cultural shift that drives common vices underground, much to the Jhereg's profit.
