A relatively large seacoast city located to the west of Adrilankha.
It is an important link to trade with Elde Island, and is important enough that the road along the southern coast of Dragaera is known as the "Harte Road".
It was used by the pretender Kâna as a staging area for his army prior to the Battle of Adrilankha.
